In the report, the author claims that the driver of the container ship that crashed into the Baltimore Bridge is Ukrainian, which is not true; the captain was confirmed to be Indian. Apart from spreading fake news, the author's wording also implies negative feelings towards the nationality. By saying, "The captain of the container ship is a Ukrainian," he targets a specific group in order to scapegoat the incident.
