Additionally, global capitalism and the obsession with securing land and resources would be a major block to this idea.  Less

While borderless systems have existed in the past, from the time of Alexander the Great to the Roman Empire, they eventually became unmanageable and were neglected. Although we may see ourselves as citizens of the world, we are naturally tied to our homeland. A sense of belonging and attachment to one’s birthplace is deeply rooted in human nature and reflects a form of patriotism.  Less

While I do believe people should have the freedom to live wherever they want, that should happen through legal immigration. Borders have always existed not just for humans, but in nature as well, where animals create territories. We have borders so that each country can uphold its own laws and values, and people should have the right to choose which set of rules they want to live under.  Less

I believe that people should have the freedom to move freely between nations LEGALLY. Boarders have always existed and it will be extremely difficult for all nations to comply with an open boarder policy worldwide. We have boarders in every country, so countries can monitor those coming in and out of their country and if they are safe and not a threat.  Less
