While I do not think it is necessary for international agreements to address the Digital Divide and ensure equal access to technology across countries, I think this would be a great idea and very beneficial to countries with less techology or capacity for technological advancement. I beleive this becuase international cooperation could help provide resources, infrastructure, and knowledge to countires that need it. Which would help supportent development in these areas while (hopefully) still allowing countries the flexibility to address their unique needs and circumstances. Less
