When we analyze the story's title, it almost makes it seem like a fact that Judge Boasberg will be impeached or will be moving through the impeachment process. When the story is fact-checked, there were, in fact, articles of impeachment filed against Boasberg back in March of 2025, yet it is unlikely he will be impeached since there are not enough Republican votes in the House. Being that Breitbart is a medium right-wing news outlet, they can provide skewed and biased media, especially on this topic, as Boasberg was against Trump's policy on deporting undocumented immigrants.
