This article is overall extremely biased. It paints former Secretary Noem in an extremely negative light. The two biggest biases shown are that it omits that a lot of Noem's actions were supported by the President and that many DHS secretaries have taken similar actions. It makes unsupported claims about her popularity. Although reliable numbers on the approval of secretaries can be hard to find, the latest one from 2025 showed she had large support amongst Republicans, and although way less popular with Democrats and non-committed voters, still wasn't the least popular. A few tweets isn't evidence.
