So someone can work 20 hours a week and still earn as much as they would working 40 hours a week. I highly doubt this will ever happen. Both employers and employees would not do this. I also think that it is a privileged idea that you can work less and be financially stable when there are people who work more than the normal person but is not finically stable.Read Less

A four day workweek could have some real benefits to employees, however I dont think widespread adoption is the way to go, and It should be set by the employer, especially in certain essential fields.
