This type of team is not necesary nor useful at this time because cyber emergencies involve sensitive data (typically) that has to be handled in varying ways depending on the legal standards for that area or country. Making sensative, cyber emergencies international affairs can subsequently put important data at risk of being leaked, taken, destroyed, manipulated, ect. All of these possible consequences could impact the nation with the data breach. All in all, strenghtening national systems and only inviting voluntary cooperation from other nations is more practical and safe for the country with the data emergency. Read Less
