I do not think we will be able to transition fully to EV in under 5 years, I think easing our way into it, like having a hybrid requirement as opposed to fully electric could be more successful.

If it’s pragmatically doable that would be cool but I really doubt that will be possible unfortunately.
I don’t feel like I have enough information about the pros and cons of electric vehicles to know if this is a good or bad idea.
