For example criminalizing homelessness by punishing people who have not been given great alternatives to sleeping, eating ie living illegally in public. Or punishing teens for loitering when they have less and less free places where they can congregate. Or people who commit crimes and suffer from mental illness who end up in prison as opposed to mental health institutions. etc. Read Less
