For example, creating phones or laptops that are customizable and easy to build for people so when a new and improved camera comes out to the market, people don’t have to buy an entire new phone to have the camera, they can just buy the new camera part separately and install it in their phones themselves, and so on for batteries, RAMs, screens, etc. That way there will be less waste because entire devices won’t go to the landfill when one buys a new device, but only parts that are already old and non-functioning will be disposed of. This would also give more power to the consumers of how and what they want in their devices, because a programmer could focus on their RAM and GPU, a photographer could focus on having the best camera setup, while a student can have bigger storage for their assignments. This is a concept only very few companies have right now, but I think it would be a great one for others to adopt.Read Less

In an age where almost everyone relies on electronics to function on a daily basis, any international restriction would need to be extremely practical, affordable, and realistic for 21st century consumers.
