The global guidelines would be good since filming happens all across the world. Films will have multiple different locations when the company is based in the United States or the United Kingdom. This helps ensure that different practices are not happening in the filming locations that would be different from the company base. The global guidelines also ensure that the animals in filming are protected and not overworked as they can not easily say something is wrong with them as a human could.  Less
