Countries can sometimes just ignore global standards and sanctions, and we would have to get a majority of nations to agree on the severity of the sanctions and who will be getting sanctioned. The only topic I believe is excluded from these considerations are political ideology or political history ones, as censorship of this kind would inevitably be too biased in favor of the countries’ government. Read Less
