    Yes, I think this is necessary and migrant works should be offered rights and protections considering they make up a huge part of the economy in many countries.

These rights do not get stripped away when you cross into foreign borders. International bodies have a duty to, at the very least, attempt to curb these abuses and violations all around the globe. It may not be very effective, but they would at least be standing on ethical principle. Read Less
