This framing, just like in the quoted section from the original report, implies that those who disagree with President Trump's measures are disagreeing with him having the 'legal authority to protect Americans.'  Less

   I agree that the language is very biased. Pro-migrant and pro-American are not antonyms. All American bloodlines were immigrants once.
