Things like age warnings, or content warnings are safe regulations. This topic is tricky and regulation should be based on compelling interest with the least restrictive alternative applied. I think that it is necessary for governments to regulate in order to prevent young children for viewing things without a warning.
I think there are the right amount of regulations. There are different regulations for minors and for adults. However I do not think very intense regulations are required.
