The global air quality standards that have already been issued seem like they would actually be pretty effective at minimizing pollution risks to public health. The problem is that it appears that not a single country is adhering to all the recommended levels of pollutants in the air. That’s the main problem here. It’s not that we need stricter standards; we need a means of enforcing them.Read Less
