   I think there should be equal respect for paternal leave for both parents as having a kid is a big step for both parents and a single parent cannot be left alone with a newborn kid. There needs to be... moreI think there should be equal respect for paternal leave for both parents as having a kid is a big step for both parents and a single parent cannot be left alone with a newborn kid. There needs to be contribution from both the parents especially in the first few months. Hence there should be paid leave for both the parents.  Less
