Some division is fine, but we should monitor it to ensure that it does not get too out of hand. It is not easy to fix and implement, and it might not be necessary everywhere.

There definitely should be, as the digital divide proportionately impacts the class divisions and pushes the global south further away from the progress of the global north.

Not really sure what this means. The question could benefit from more clarification.
I think it could be beneficial but I don’t think a significant amount of resources should be put towards it because there are other more pressing issues to address globally.
It’s not a bad idea, but I think we should consider the potential effects before pursuing this, and review all of our possible options.
