After a 7+ magnitude earthquake shocked Colombia on Monday, conspiracy theorists have begun blaming these earthquakes on the HAARP research program in Alaska. Scientists found that the earthquake was actually caused by strike-slip faulting, where two sections of earths crust move horizontally past each other.
