Reporting surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath has been extremely inconsistent as discourse surrounding the disease was almost immediately politicized, and has continued to be so long after the pandemic ended. RFK jr. describes the United States response to the pandemic under Fauci as the worst in the world, claiming that the United States suffered the most out of any nation. This claim is easily proven false when you compare the United States economy before and after pandemic disparity with every other nations economic data. While other nations suffered heavy economic losses that continue to slow their growth today the United States rapidly regrew its economy and suffered low casualties relative to other nations.
