Why Troubling News:
The first thing I assumed about this article is that the author is talking about an American woman whose rights could have potentially been violated. This is a normal assumption because this is an American news source. However, the article is actually about a UK woman and the UK justice system. The title is misleading, seemingly designed to attract clicks from people assuming it concerns the US. The contents of the article are also extremely biased and filled with false information.

I believe the title is more misleading and that only fuels the misinformation within the article. But I agree that the title is technically true.
