    No, it doesn’t have the same effect. I say that because Youtube exists and you can already witness global art via there and also simply googling it. In person art is much more influential.

I think that there can be more virtual museums that would allow more people to see museums that they could not see because of location or money. However, this does not need to be a worldwide initiative as the Internet allows for so many people to see art and items that it normally would not be the case. The Internet allows for the enhancement of global culture since people can share art, history, and culture that would be harder to share if there were no places like Instagram, TikTok, etcetera to share those items. Read Less
