    I could see this as being necessary but to be honest, I would say the interest of public safety ought to be up to each national body. Though the UN could make recommendations.

I think that there can be recommendations on different rules and regulations on AR in public spaces. AR is becoming more and more popular along with the public accessibility of AI thus each country needs to determine the usage in public spaces and how it will be used. Every country is not going to have the same ideals and usage for it along with changes from big cities to small towns. Read Less
