My schooling essentially taught me that most news is reliable and can be trusted. My teachers have never encouraged me or my peers to seek out news from multiple stories to get the best facts.  Less

   In the past schools had computer classes regarding how to utilize them for educational purposes. However, with media becoming so common, they have cut that curriculum and assume it is enforced outside... moreIn the past schools had computer classes regarding how to utilize them for educational purposes.    from my personal experiences in American high school and college, i have been taught to think critically about media biases. it can be vastly different in other schools/majors though.
