People should be able to receive basic care and support, as each human life is valuable and irreplaceable. As such, individuals should have certain protections and guarantees. At the same time, those who can afford plans with more coverage should still have the ability to do so. It is the responsibility of the government to ensure the wellbeing of its citizens, with health services being one of the most simple tenets. Read Less
