Yes, this is a good idea. It would also mean having enough charging stations available, but if the government can allocate money for that, it shouldn’t be a problem.
Yes I think so as it would help combat fossil fuel emissions, reduce congestion, etc. However, it would require significant investments and changes in infrastructure.
Although that is beneficial to the climate, it does not seem very realistic because there are a lot of developing countries who have limited access to electricity.
