I agree that it’s an idea with good intentions, but the problem is the fact that the technology to achieve this is very expensive and to support this kind of building, which would have to house a lot of people, is out of our reach unless the correct amount of planning is secured. I think this is good overall for the environment. I just think this would be difficult to execute, if this was an international requirement.
Maybe, it depends on the cost for the individual buyer, with housing costs as high as they are currently this may put unnecessary burdens on them.
